Send to Kindle Supported File Types
Amazon released a list of files supported by its Send to Kindle app for PC. It includes Microsoft Word (.DOC), Microsoft Word (.DOCX), TXT (.TXT), RTF (.RTF), JPEG (.JPEG, .JPG), GIF (.GIF), PNG (.PNG), BMP (.BMP), and of course the PDF (.PDF).
How to Send Documents to Kindle from Your Computer PC
It is just simple. Install the free app from the below link on your PC.
On Windows to send your documents go to Windows Explorer and right click on one or more documents and click “Send to Kindle”. On Mac Drag and drop one or more documents on to the Send to Kindle icon in your Dock. In both cases you can use the print menu in applications for this purpose.
The send documents are archived on the cloud and you can download it on your Kindle e-reader or supported kindle apps.
