You may have your own or company website. Possibly you may have got a customised email address for you starting with your name@example.com. You can access your such account by following the below URL on your browser and sign in there.

The URL is http://webmail.your-domain.com, http://example.com/webmail.

There are Roundcube, Horde and SquirrelMail. I use Roundcube over the others. To know why I use Roundcube over Horde and SquirrelMail, read on.

Why I Use Roundcube over Horde and SquirrelMail

I have seen several discussions on the web forums about best web mail clients. I use Roundcube over the others as I like the simple and intuitive interface Roundcube offers. It has all the elements I want in a web mail client.

Why I Use Roundcube over Horde and SquirrelMail

The reason we use a customised email address is that it brings some professionalism to our email correspondence.

When we send an email, it should have a signature line with your company logo and telephone/fax numbers to give it a professional look. You can put your company logo as a footer to your every new mail in Roundcube using the HTML feature.

Insert Footer Image Logo in RoundCube Web Mail Client

How to insert an image or make an image appear automatically as a footer or as a signature in every email you write in Roundcube. It’s very simple and all of you can do it with little effort.

Click on the “Settings” link that on the top right hand side of the screen near to address book in Roundcube.

Then Click on “Identities” and click the “+” button on the bottom side (may change with future updates)

signature image

Fill out the next page with all necessary information.  Under signature make a tick mark against “HTML signature” and click on HTML.

Make sure that you have already hosted the image somewhere. I mean the image that you want to automatically be appeared under your footer of your every new email . If you haven’t, you can use your hosting plan or free hosting possibilities like http://sites.google.com.

Get the URL of the hosted image. Now paste the URL in the following format in the window that opened when you click HTML.

<p><img src=”https://yourimage.jpg” /></p>

Now Save it. That’s all.

Insert Tables in RoundCube

One other feature I liked most on Roundcube is, it allows me to insert tables while I compose a new message. It’s very useful and missing in popular email clients like Gmail.

The RoundCube Interface is Cool

As I already told Roundcube has a very nice interface which is not only clean but also beautiful and feature packed. So I suggest you to try this awesome webmail client.
