Google is on the right path with great experiments that is useful for all the human beings. Google gets many applauds from the media for their latest project aimed to help diabetic patients to find glucose level in their tears. No need to prick your finger to test the glucose level in your blood. The smart contact lens from the Google secret lab called Google x is so important considering the fact that one in every nineteen person on the planet suffering from the menace of diabetics.
Google Smart Contact Lens – What’s It?
Google’s smart contact lens is wearable in the eye that comes with micro chip and glucose sensors smaller than a human hair. Google is on the right path as we know people are more less to check their blood glucose level due to the involvement of pricking of their finger and the pain that caused. If wearing a smart contact lens can solve the problem people are more chance to buy it.
Diabetic is a growing menace that can cause the patient in trouble if they do not strictly monitor their blood glucose level in the correct intervals.
At Google[x], we wondered if miniaturized electronics—think: chips and sensors so small they look like bits of glitter, and an antenna thinner than a human hair—might be a way to crack the mystery of tear glucose and measure it with greater accuracy
The Google smart contact lens is a two layers of glass and between them there is a smart chip and glucose sensor built in. The development is still going on and Google is planning to implement tiny led light as an early warning symbol as whether the glucose level is more or less.
But people may be concerned that contact lenses cause irritation due to eye dryness and we are eager to know how Google contact lens overcome this. Anyway, thanks to Google x team for their great effort to change the human life by applying modern technology.
